We've booked a cottage with Sykes, a cottage with a games room to keep 3 teenagers occupied whilst away.
Only to find Sykes have falsely advertised, and both the owner of said cottage and themselves have admitted too, yet customer service is incredibly poor leaving us out of pocket and greatly aggrieved.
NEVER USE THIS COMPANY.
THEY TAKE YOUR CASH DON'T DELIVER WHAT WAS ADVERTISED, AND JUST CARRY ON.........
