Update on previous review. This is how the company deal with you when you have a complaint. We have been contacted by the above guest (Mr .....) who stayed at the property from the 13/02/2020 (Thursday) for 7 nights. He asked us to ask you for compensation for issues he had during his stay. We never promised him anything and your not obliged to give out any as the issues were rectified.
