I booked a holiday cottage but because of the corona virus situation was unable to go on holiday when I contacted Sykes cottages I was told that they don’t do refunds but I could postpone when I tried to book the same week next year they wanted an £82 pounds to book it when I spoke with their customer service(that’s a joke) I was told I would have to put up with the increase.
HORRIBLE people please do not give your hard earned to these greedy profiteers
