We have a holiday booked for 4th April for 2 weeks. Obviously we are in lockdown and cannot go but Sykes are refusing to refund any holidays. They say we can amend our dates, but there is nothing available as we are restricted to school holidays. The first available 2 week period during a school holiday is April 2021 and they want over £100 more for it.
Absolutely disgusting, I won't ever book with Sykes again, or their many other brands.
