I agree with all the reviews below. Negative stars if I could give them. I have been on hold for 2 hours to no avail. At times like this with peoples lives and jobs on the line we should be pulling together. But Sykes is only worried about one thing and that is PROFIT. I should be going away during the Easter holidays with my family but obviously this is not going ahead due to Covid 19 government restrictions. Sykes are not offering refunds, just a change of date. I am a teacher and there are no dates available for the rest of the school holidays this year so I am now looking into 2021. I am disgusted with the lack of customer service and I will never book through this company again.
