Booked with Sykes in January for a large group holiday in July. I can’t get through on the phone or access my account online. I took out their travel insurance but cannot source details to try them for my £700 deposit claim. I assumed the bulk of my deposit had gone to the property owner but according to comments from other customers Sykes are sitting on our cash!! This must surely be a criminal offence. I had thought of paying my outstanding balance early but thank goodness I didn’t.
