No Refund Under Any Circumstances
For anyone booking a holiday and thinking of using Sykes Cottages stay clear! even though there is a clear travel ban they are point blank refusing to refund anyone, all future dates are already booked so your left in limbo. I spent £800 for a cottage I'm probably not going to get back absolutely disgraceful Angry is an understatement. if they did the decent thing and gave us our money back id have probably rebooked next year
