I am yet another person who cannot travel to my cottage, not only because of the government recommendations to stay home, but I was directly contacted by the owner who is high risk having had a kidney transplant, yet Sykes are refusing to give any refund. Disgusting behaviour, as they are charging the owners to cancel, and refusing to give customer refunds. Profiteering from both owners and customers during a time of national crisis.
