As many people we cannot travel to the holiday home booked. Refused refund, can rebook if cottage available with no amendment fee.. thanks so generous!! The prices have been slashed for the same time next year but told we’ll honour the booming at the price you paid???
Owners have insurance surely so they should be covered, Sykes day that if owners have to cancel through no fault of their own refunds will be given, owner says no, you need to speak to Sykes. Going around in circles, disgusting service. I hope nobody books with this awful company ever again
