We were told on Tuesday 24th march 2020 to leave asap due to the coronovirus lock down we were due to leave this coming Friday 27th We were inform from the mangers on site to ask Sykes for a refund on the rest of our holiday , we have the insurance , but like many are saying we are hitting our head against a brick wall trying to get some money back ,
Sykes are not answering phones we are finding it unbelievably difficult to get any response at all .
