Disgusted! Continuing to retain payments despite pandemic conditions preventing travel. Not
only refusing refunds but continuing to take payments from accounts, even after people being urged to cancel, to their own financial detriment. Phone call promised, but not received. Totally unacceptable treatment, bordering on profiteering.
