Awful, immoral customer service. No refunds offered for holidays cancelled by THEM.
Little respect or thought for key workers or those classed as vunerable in a time when they should be priority. They turned their phone lines off and wouldn't reply to emails. We have been forced into pushing the cancel button to stop them taking the full amount of our holiday after THEY cancelled and told us we couldn't go! Do not use and be aware they trade under several different names too!
