Full refund no brainier right? Wrong not in the Sykes world. In the Sykes world it’s all my fault because I can’t travel. Want to speak to someone about it? like to see you try, they have closed all the phone lines! This position is nothing short of dangerous since it is inciting people to travel against advice to avoid losing cash. The right thing to do is refund. Most other companies are stepping up, even going the extra mile helping out but not Sykes. Will never deal with these cowboys again. Do yourself a favour stay away.
