NEVER USE THIS COMPANY. Still not had a phone call from Sykes- yet I contacted them a fortnight ago. Holiday due beginning of March - clearly not going to happen but helped themselves to to remaining balance. Even sent me an email on where and when to get the cottage key! . Disgusting!
