Due to the Coronavirus I was subjected to the 12 weeks isolation which meant I couldn't take the 2 week break I'd booked.
Sykes refused to refund.
If I cancelled I'd have had to pay a third of the total cost.
The only option was to change the booking to a later date.
Really disappointed in them.
