Very disappointed that Sykes have chosen to do the wrong thing. I will NEVER book with them again which is sad because we've had some lovely family holidays before. Family from USA cannot come, we're in lockdown I'm at risk but front line staff so cannot travel.
Please SYKES if you read the review, do the right thing. You'll keep customers. The owner of the accommodation cannot believe you're not refunding.
The money will help my son who has lost his job.
