Sheer profiteering from this company on the back of Covid-19. Refusing to refund those who cannot travel by order of the government and charging a higher price to rebook. Absolutely disgraceful, heartless behaviour amounting to nothing more than straight robbery without the violence. DO NOT book with this company, there is no such thing as customer service and in the event of unforeseen circumstances happening you WILL lose out. They've got £2093 of mine and refusing to give it back to me. Nasty business.
