We had a holiday cancelled in April. No refund was offered just a few dates in September to re book. We panicked and re booked but wish we hadnt and demanded a full refund under the law of Frustrated Contract. We have done many holidays over the years and we are now in are mid seventies but thats of no consequence to this despicable company.
We have another holiday booked with then for June the 6th and got a reminder the other day to pay for it even though none of there cottages are taking bookings till June the 15th. Credit card cancelled so they wont get paid for that. Could well be we have a fight for the September holiday money . I would rather this company go bust than me win the lottery !!!
