A disgusting shambles, and I will report them to the CMA , £519.00 taken from me for a holiday cottage in Scotland for June 2020 that will never happen.
They will not respond to emails begging for contact, only contact you when they want more money.
Unethical and immoral . I have a right to a refund but the telephone calls are unanswered , waiting and waiting for any reply.
Deplorable service. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY or any of its associated off shoots of which there are suspiciously many!!!!!
