I’m the same as everyone else on here. They’ll only let me change the dates. I can’t do any other week than the one I’ve booked. I’ll never ever use them again. Can’t believe they won’t speak to anyone!! Can we not club together somehow and take them to court?
I genuinely hope they go bust. Horrible company. I’ve spent thousands of pounds with them in the past. I’ve used them for years. Never ever again.
