COVID-19 brought out the best in some & the worst in others. Deposit paid.....waiting to go. We can't travel for the dates we had booked. Didn't matter because the cottage wasn't available. I don't want to book dates next year as unsure what I'm doing. Refused to refund £400 + deposit.
I have no other experience of this business....I never will.
