They don't answer the phone and do not respond to emails. Have a holiday booked in 2 weeks time and they appear to be avoiding dealing with the issue. I have never come across such poor customer care in my life and from what I understand they are refusing to give refunds.
Will be seeking legal help if they do not respond to my emails within the next 24 hours
