Absolutely despicable company!! Stealing money for holidays that have been deemed illegal by the government!! And then offering your own money back as a credit.. like they’re doing you a favour by forcing you to book another holidays with hundreds more £’s on top or lose the ‘credit’ which was yours in the first place!! We will never use Sykes or anyone affiliated to them ever again!! Disgusting behaviour during this pandemic!!
