The same story with me took £500 for a holiday they knew we couldn’t go on despite emails .
They have told everyone one their website the contact is with the holiday owner not them WRONG
Skyes took the money and the contract is with them .
This is the law so stop telling people the wrong information hoping you can keep their money you can’t.
I am lucky I paid by credit card and they will get it back .
I have been with skyes cottage every year for 10 years never again but let’s be honest they are going down and so they should
