We are in the same boat, booked for 6th June and was told we could rebook so rebooked for 26th June. Due to lockdown won’t be able to go. They have taken our full money £367. In hindsight should have cancelled credt card. Like the rest of you I have sent 6 emails since last Saturday but no response and of course can’t be contacted by phone.
If as a group I would be more than happy to join up to take this further. I did contact my credit card company but only by chat line and was given the impression that I couldn’t apply for money back via them.
Absolutely disgusting. What a bad bad company.
