I would appear to be in the same position as everyone else regarding holidays. We were due to go to Wales on 11th July. Balance was due on 28 May. I had been holding off in the hope that lock down restrictions may be relaxed by then but as it appeared less likely I attempted to contact Sykes with no joy to cancel the holiday. I have had no response at all. I have today cancelled the holiday but have to pay the remainder of the deposit (I booked on the £20 deal.)
Poor service by Sykes - by comparison we had to cancel a city break to Berlin in March, one email later and the money was back in my account, no arguments. Will never book with Sykes again
