I'd be more than happy to join a group response against this awful collective and disgraceful ripping off of their customers. Perhaps we should start a vociferous campaign against Sykes on social media, or take a more official approach and lodge a combined complaint through the ombudsman?
The most important aspect of all these negative reviews is to warn the public not to book with Sykes.
