Like previous reviews, a very bad experience so far!
They took our money upfront (£1800) when booking, but then cancelled our booking a day later following government advice. No refund and no reply for several weeks. I’ve been asked to rebook, but all other weeks more than double the cost! They’re super unhelpful, no guidance and no understanding. I just hope we’ll get our money back!
DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY!!
