Awful company
We had booked a cottage with Abritel Homeaway who works with this horrible company. As we can't go to scotland because of the lockdown we've asked to postpone our holiday in September .
Impossible they couldn't find any solutions even for another rent.
and they refused to refund our prepayment 150 pounds
This is unacceptable, they just profit of the situation
Never rent anything with them Awful !!!
