Customer service ? Non exisant! Emails not responded to and no phone line due to covid. Trying to amend our july holiday but will not respond until they have FULL payment 6 weeks before.
Insurance we took out not worth the paper it's written on.
1st time booking with Sykes and will NEVER do it again and make sure everyone I know is aware.
Other companies have completely refunded and earned my future business!
