Utter shit-show. The thieves have kept hundreds of pounds of my money as an admin fee despite my booking being frustrated by the Welsh lockdown. Having to resort to credit card Section 75, insurance, or ultimately the courts to get my money back. Never, ever consider booking via Sykes. By all means, use their site to choose your cottage, but then contact the owner direct and save yourself a fortune (and the risk). DON’T USE SYKES!!!
