You are by far the worst company I have ever dealt with. I paid you a deposit of £142.30. You were then chasing me for the balance knowing full well that my holiday of 19th June could not go ahead due to Corona virus not allowing us to stay at another property until at least 4th July. You paid me the paltry sum of £18.66 and are keeping the rest, over £120. You truly are despicable but I am determined that I will get my money back from you because of this frustrated contract. Nasty, nasty people
