Customer service is the most appalling ever!
If they can treat an elderly couple in their 80’s the way they treated my in-laws, they have absolutely no morals or care for anyone at all.
Took their money knowing they can have their holiday due to Covid and terminal cancer!!
No ‘personal‘ communication about this at all, despite written letters, emails, phone calls and messenger!
They’re a disgrace!
