As a holiday cottage owner with Sykes Cottages for 15 years I was very disappointed with the way they have changed over the years.
We left because they became focused on maximising profit and taking as much money as they can from the customers without passing it to the owners. Sheer greed and exploitation of small businesses.
We’ve had to start building a new customer base in 2020 in very difficult times.
