With reference to the COVID 19 Pandemic and necessity for requesting refunds: If Sykes Cottages feel it necessary to treat their customers (ie - the very people who have been keeping them in business) with such disregard, lack of care and disrespect, then under NO circumstances will we be booking any future holidays through them. Their unprofessional attitude towards us and many thousands of others leaves us with the impression that it is a greedy, money grabbing cowboy outfit and nothing more. As such we will - and hope and trust that the many thousands of other customers will boycott this outfit and put them out of business forever. They don’t deserve to exist. Wouldn’t have given ANY stars but there is no facility for a big fat zero. Shame on you.
