Sykes will not offer a refund on holidays you wiill not be able to take. If you look at their 5 star website holidays have been taken during the covid lockdown...??????? They are running a totally disrespectful business with lies more lies and blatant day light robbery. If you look at all of these reviews and then their own web page its two totally different companies - clearly one site shows them as robbing crooks the other site a bunch of 5 star dreaming liars. How can people rate 5 stars having "spoken to Sykes" when their own website clearly indicates phones will not be answered and to email - which incidentally they do not reply to. Read the terms and conditions of this company - then decide if you can afford to loose your hard earned money for a non existent holiday.
