I write to Sykes Cottages to try to get my dates moved as I was due to holiday on the 5th of July. I’m about to be made redundant and so wanted to make sure that I could move the date to next year and received no response to my 2 emails. So decided to cancel as was stating to wonder if they would even refund me anything. I have yet to hear from them and am now down £400 and no chance of a holiday with them.
I will NEVER book with them again !
