After removing a significant part of our accommodation purposely just before the full payment came out, they refuse to answer to reason or communicate regarding our complaint but still take all the money. We feel absolutely screwed over. We’ve just had a generic response blaming corona when there’s no conceivable reason why. They only care about one thing, and it’s not your holiday. Very slippery company with zero accountability for their service. We strongly advise you AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
