I and my fishing buddies have being trying to get a refund for our cancelled cottage that was booked in May. A total of £777 has been paid and after numerous emails to ask for refund Sykes say no refund to be given, just another date...which is not suitable for everyone.
They need to take a stand and look into the future of their business if they want it to continue in the future.
I am certainly going to continue to request a refund from them.
Terrible customer service.
Certainly will not be booking in the future with this company.
