Diabolical treatment of a severely disabled person who had booked a cottage with Carer’s. Owner refusing to refund money paid for accommodation that had been rebooked due to advice from Sykes re Coronavirus. We are now taking the legal route and have been told this is classed as fraud. Watchdog also now involved please contact them directly with complaints.
