NEVER EVER USE SYKES absolute disgrace. owner of three cottages informed Sykes in January that she no longer rented her cottages. Sykes failed to inform me. We were due to go last Friday with our grand-daughters, all packed and ready to go. phoned for keys for owner to inform us ' no cottage '
Sykes blamed covid 19 even though owner informed them in January and I have all the emails which she sent them.
do not return phone calls and blame wifi.
