Sykes Cottages reverses coronavirus refund policy after watchdog investigation.
Apparently there might be a clause where if you have been forced into rebooking you will not get a refund. I think many of us are in that situation. I was told rebook or lose your holiday and money. Nothing is simply or right!!!!
