Horrible experience. Arrived at cottage in snowdonia, wales. House wasnt cleaned, yard was overrun, wifi hadnt been set up, no toilet paper and bed has pubic or dog hair all through. When i brought this up to customer service they contacted the owners who then offered a measly £40 compensation. After this my emails were not returned i spent 3 x 1hr+ calls waiting on hold to find no one had opened my emails as it went to junk. They then said if i wanted to get further comoensation i had to take it up with the owner directly. Not entirely sure what their role if they csnt mediate serious concerns such as this. Wouldn't reccomend..
