Reservations were booked in January 2020 to Sykes Cottages in England for September 27-Oct 3, 2020.
Due to COVID-19 our flights to England from the US were cancelled. We reached out to them about changing our reservations to September 2021. We would not have cancelled our trip but there isn’t much we can do. Sykes Cottages would not refund our deposit or transfer our reservations to September 2021. Obviously, when we travel next year, if there are no restrictions, we will not be staying at Sykes Cottages. Not a good way to do business!
