They promised refund in 30 days am still waiting can not contact them by phone no satisfactory reply to e-mails just a generic one saying the are busy(what they really mean is "They are playing for time")
As they threatened me with legal action if I did not pay the full deposit I have now done the same to them will see what happens.
I would not touch this company with a barge pole ever again which is a shame.
To anyone who reads this be aware that Sykes operate under a number of different trading names
