Terrible Company.
Originally due to travel 2 weeks after lockdown was imposed, i was denied a refund (even a credit refund) and was forced to rebook with a 30% price increase.
Even after the CMA Undertaking has told them to refund the affected customers, they still refuse to do this.
Emails take weeks to respond to. Phone calls take hours to connect.
Do not book with this company.
