I agree with the other posts that this is a company to be avoided at all costs. They refused to give a refund for a Covid cancelled booking even though they have been forced to change their refund policy by their regulator (FCA). I have found that they cannot be contacted to discuss any problem by email, phone or post.
Don't risk your money, go elsewhere!!!
