We have a long standing excellent relationship with sylvester Keal and more recently have developed an excellent relationship with Jack Brighton who is our representative. Jack visits the care home every couple of weeks or sooner if needed, he checks our equipment and products and takes any required actions. By Jack doing this, he relieves the pressure from me because he is attending and having regular visual oversight of everything which I am very greatful for. Jack is approachable, contactable and makes sure that any repair work needed is organised swiftly with the goal of reducing the disruption caused by equipment breaking down. Thank you Jack.
