I’d like to leave zero stars if I could, disgusting service and zero interest in rectifying their errors.
Bought a tail light off of eBay, checked the description and all pictures twice and yes it was led lamp just what I needed. Item arrived quite quickly, opened the box and it was a non led lamp.
I used their shocking online chat to be informed it was advertised incorrectly and they didn’t have a replacement, they arranged collection.
1st collection failed because dpd had no barcode to scan.
Online chat, they don’t need a barcode to write the address on the box.
2nd collection failed due to no barcode, advised that Synetiq have set up the correct collection as they just put “label not needed” in addition information.
Online chat, barcode not needed just the address. The dpd driver is wrong.
3rd collection, Failed due to no barcode. The barcode is the job reference number/tracing number.
Online chat, dpd are wrong they don’t need a barcode or job number as they supply it…. YES IF YOU FILL OUT THE DPD COLLECTION CORRECTLY WHICH YOU ARE NOT!!!!

4th collection, FAILED no barcode.
Without the collection set up correctly the parcel would effectively be sat in dpd’s sorting office with then not knowing where it’s going so would end up in the bin = no refund.
Online chat, they don’t need a barcode. WHAT THEY NEED IS YOU MUPPETS TO PROCESS A COLLECTION HOW DPD REQUESTS IT, I’VE SPOKEN TO DPD CUSTOMER SERVICES, THEY CAN SEE THAT YOU CANT SET IT UP CORRECTLY AND I WANT MY REFUND. BECAUSE OF YOUR MESS UP IM BEING MESSED AROUND!!!
5th collection, EUREKA!!! Finally you managed it give yourselves that one gold star I just gave you.
My advise is go to Charles Trent, cheaper and a lot better service.
