I have been using this company for many years, always manage to find a bargain so the vehicles/parts are always fine.
However, I find the staff at most branches (100 miles radius of east midland) extremely rude and unhelpful, Oxford and Peterborough being the exceptions
Sort your staffs out, remind them who is paying their wages
